AN OPPORTUNITY LIKE NO OTHER

In August 2023, on a whim, and with very little notice, the Sun & Sand Community League launched the community’s first ever Expo in the Park.

The eighteen vendors and three food trucks were overwhelmed with the attendance that this “much more than just a farmer’s market” venue attracted. Last year’s Expo was so successful that we’re doing it again – and we’re going BIG

The Objective
To showcase the services and products of local home-based and small to national businesses, artists, crafters, etc. through one large FREE introduction to the communities of Sandy Lake and Lac. Ste. Anne County … and beyond!

The Venue
Sandy Beach Day Park is located on the shores of Sandy Lake, and its sandy beaches, it’s pristine playground and covered eating areas, makes this huge park is the perfect venue for locals and day-trippers to spend time at the Expo.

The Numbers
2023 – 18 Vendors + 3 Food Trucks = 250 Attendees
2024 – 40 Vendors + 5 Food Trucks = 500+ Attendees

All food vendors and food trucks must hold the relevant and current certification. We won’t ask you for copies of certificates, but we will be checking that you have them posted and easily viewable.

Table vendors must bring their own table and chairs, and are welcome to bring a canopy/tent.
